Digital Products
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds on all digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, once the product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Prints
Each print is custom made to order. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Buy Now/Pay Later
Products purchased using any Buy Now/Pay Later payment plan such as Paypal, Afterpay, or similar services are not eligible for refunds. By choosing a Buy Now/Pay Later payment option, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment provider. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your payment plan or eligibility for refunds, please contact the payment provider directly.
