QUARANTINED IN MADRID
When the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020, I was living in Madrid, Spain. After a few days of speculation we were told on March 14th that the following day Spain would begin lockdown. For the following 48 days we stayed home except for occasional grocery store runs.
About one month into the quarantine, we moved to a new apartment which turned out to be quite nice. We had a balcony that made us feel a little more connected to the outside world, and provided me new compositions to experiment with.
